In Memoriam
F. Leon Howell

F. Leon Howell, a member of the IRD Board of Directors, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 25, 2009. Howell served on the IRD Board since 1999, serving as Secretary and as a member of the Executive and Audit Committees. He led a major reorganization of the Board of Directors, and was a staunch supporter of IRD’s growth and development. Howell was a giant of a man on the IRD Board of Directors and will be sorely missed by IRD.
